Shrimp Soup

I was preparing this shrimp soup the other day. I used bean noodles or cellophane noodles, sliced some regular onions, chives as I am out of scallions, carrots, cabbage and medium sized shrimps. I added some soy sauce for seasoning. I also boiled eggs to pair in eating with it. I just missed the soup that I used to eat in Philippines.It's been rainy and cold in our place lately. I also felt back pains and sore muscles. I sweat after eating this soup. My tummy feels a lot of better. The kids didn't like it but my husband ate a lot of it.

P.S. Cellophane noodles are not from cellophane or plastic. They are called that way because once cooked they look very transparent.

    1. Yes, sotanghon sya sa atoa mommy pero napalit ni baner ang noodles sa Tops Supermarket. Dagko sya nga pagkasotanghon compared sa atoa. hehe
