"Life is a basketball"

"Basketball isn't my thing but everything changed when my brother taught me how to shoot it in a basketball ring."

I learned how to play basketball when I was in my junior year in high school, we won the first prize and got my first gold medal. It was very memorable and one of my happiest moments in life. A year after, we won the last prize. Losing the game may be a shame but my name is one of the fame. Those were the years i had the best of my teenage days in high school. :)

A freshman year in college, I was like culture shocked because my life in high school was very different compared in college. Because of the adjustments, I wasn't able to join the basketball team at that year. Year 2011, sophomore year, I was then able to join the team in our course. Joining the team ain't easy, there's a "try out" or elimination of players and the captain ball selects the best. Skilled and experienced, I was qualified. And so as now, a junior student, I'm proud that I'm still on the team in our course, College of Nursing, and in every yearly Intramurals, we'll be matched to other courses in our college school. I gain 2 medals in college, we won the 2nd place (silver) in 2011 and 3rd place (bronze) in 2012.

This is me.. :)

All in all, I have 3 medals in the field of basketball and I'm still hoping for more. Seeing these medals reminds me of a great achievement in life because of one great teacher, my elder brother and my number one supporter, my eldest sister. :)

Achievements in basketball life.

  1. I'm not really into sports or athletics because I am scared of being hit by the ball when I play. This is why I salute you for those achievements.

    1. You should engage into sports, win or lose, it makes you a better person. Thank you for you appreciation. :)
