When Stretching, Bear in Mind these Tips

- Stretching should be pain-free
- Do it slowly, no sudden movements, breathing slowly and deeply as you do it
- Do not over-exert your self. Know your limits when stretching
- Hold your stretches for about 15 to 20 sec.
- Repeat exercises at least once for each side of the body

Note: Learn the signs and symptoms of over-exertion and always pay attention to your body.
