10 Ways to Minimize or Prevent Varicose Veins

When I was still a teenager, I was elected as Chairman of the Youth in our village. Every week, we are sponsoring a benefit dance for our project which is a waiting shed. Being a leader, I am in charge not only in planning but in the actual performance of the things needed for the said activity. Two days before the scheduled date of the benefit dance, I am already very busy. I've been doing this for two years as part of my term. Until I noticed that I have developed varicose veins on my left leg. At that time, I have no idea yet of what to do in order to prevent varicose veins. Lately, I came across in one of my readings how to minimize or prevent varicose veins. I would like to share this with my readers.

10 ways to minimize or prevent varicose veins. :

1. Find out whether varicose veins run in your family.
